Warehouse Assistant

EAAIRS Services and Repairs is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations for our electrical, appliance, and air-conditioning service company. The Warehouse Assistant will ensure technicians have the parts, tools, and materials they need for installation, maintenance, and repair jobs. This role involves inventory control, receiving and issuing equipment, organizing stock, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Track, count, and record stock levels of electrical components, appliance parts, and HVAC consumables.
• Identify stock shortages and report restocking needs to the manager.
• Pick up stock items when delivery is not an option
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts and materials for daily service calls and installation jobs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely pickup and return of materials
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas for electrical, appliance, and HVAC stock
• Ensure materials and chemicals (e.g., refrigerants) are stored safely
• Report hazards and help maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred, especially in electrical or HVAC fields.
• Valid Cayman driver’s license
• Experience to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials or equipment as needed.
