About the role
Spa Manager
This primary function of this position is to provide leadership, support direction and supervision of staff in the daily operation of the Spa including but not limited to retail, membership, and salon and fitness programs. Total financial management duties, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and scheduling as well as product inventory and ordering.
The successful candidate will have
- Minimum 5 years management experience at a luxury resort spa required
- Previous experience in Wellness activations
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, forecasting, budgeting and financial statements.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Able to lead a large team with strong communication skills.
- Proven leadership qualities.
- Full working knowledge of spa, salon, wellness and fitness treatments, programs and products.
- Previous Ritz-Carlton experience or
- Luxury Spa /Hotel experience is required
