RSM Professional Services II (Cayman) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, while supporting engagement teams and contributing to the efficient delivery of client work. The role is based on a standard 37.5‑hour work week within a professional office environment. The successful candidate may also be required to work additional hours when necessary to meet the demands of clients.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational, supervisory, communication, and time management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and diverse clientele.
Requirements
- CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or other internationally recognised professional accounting designation.
- Minimum of three years work experience in an audit and assurance role with a reputable firm.
- Prior experience within the Cayman Islands financial services industry would be advantageous.
