Property Manager

PROPERTY MANAGER - Luxury Residential Strata Corporation A residential strata corporation on Seven Mile Beach is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the property. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a large strata corporation or high-end residential property, with strong skills in:

• Strata management and EXCO/Board relations
• Financial reporting, budgeting and cost control
• Owner and resident communication
• Building maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Vendor and contractor management
• Identifying maintenance issues and engaging appropriate qualified contractors
• Managing contracted housekeeping, maintenance, security, landscaping and pool services
• Preparing management reports, budgets and meeting documentation

The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, highly organized, proactive and confident, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with high-net-worth owners and in a luxury residential environment is highly desirable. This is a full-time, on-site position. Cayman Islands property/strata experience is required. Salary: KYD $5000–$6,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidate must be Caymanian or possess Residency/Status.
