About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively maintain and perform various repairs on luxury residential properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Routine visual inspections of all property fixtures, systems, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues accurately
- Preventative maintenance on various fixtures and systems
- Minor repairs and maintenance tasks for Plumbing and Electrical fixtures, and Appliances
- Minor Carpentry repairs and Painting
- Perform Seasonal tasks as required including Storm preparations
- Create and update Work Orders on digital platform
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with all applicable safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in property maintenance Education Requirement: Vocational training / certification in a relevant trade Strong mechanical and technical skills Knowledge of basic Plumbing and Electrical Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong customer service and communication skills Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Intermediate computer skills and basic knowledge of CMMS software Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends Must have a clean police record
Salary and Benefits
Salary range is $14.00 - $20.00 (KYD) per hour, based on training and experience. Health Insurance and Pension as required by law
