Nail Technician

JOB TITLE: NAIL TECHNICIAN EMPLOYER: HERMAINE BENJAMIN T/A ULTIMATE BEAUTY & BARBER LOCATION: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time – 40 HR PR WK COMPENSATION: CI$ 350 per week JOB SUMMARY ULTIMATE BEAUTY & BARBER is seeking a skilled, dedicated, and client-focused Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be experienced in delivering top-tier nail care services, passionate about industry trends, and able to create a welcoming, relaxing experience for clients across all age groups and demographics. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, including basic, spa, and specialized treatments.
• Perform full nail installations (acrylics, gel, builder gel, tips/extensions) and safe nail removal procedures.
• Assess natural nail health, types, and sizing to provide tailored recommendations and suitable product applications.
• Apply polish, gel, and creative nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully sterilized workstations, implements, and equipment in strict compliance with industry hygiene and public health standards.
• Deliver warm, personable, and attentive customer service, building positive, lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Manage product inventory at the workstation and report supply needs to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Recognized certification or diploma in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or equivalent practical industry experience (minimum [1–2] years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of natural and artificial nail types, nail anatomy, sizing, and proper chemical product handling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in standard manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel installations, refills, and removals.
• Easy-going, friendly, and personable demeanor with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work comfortably with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
