About the role
Cayman Cigar Company is seeking a Caymanian or a person with Permanent Residency for the position of: Full-Time Cigar Roller
Responsibilities
- Producing a minimum of 100 premium hand-rolled cigars per day
- Conducting cigar quality assurance testing
- Handling raw materials and managing stock/inventory
- Shop opening and closing procedures
- Providing customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cigar rolling
- Experience in creating custom cigar blends
- Strong knowledge of tobacco handling and storage
- Must be a team player
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday (minimum 40 hours per week), with potential weekend work and evening hours for special events. The role is based in Bodden Town; therefore, applicants must reside nearby or have reliable transportation.
