Job Advertisement - Maintenance Person Employer: Pro Stars Ltd Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands Pro Stars Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties across Grand Cayman. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential properties Carry out repairs in electrical systems, plumbing, and general facilities Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond promptly to service requests Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations Coordinate with management regarding maintenance schedules and material requirements Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in property maintenance or a similar role Certification in electrical installation, facilities management, plumbing, or related fields (required) Strong technical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Hours: CI$12.00-16.00 per hour 45 hours per week Additional Information: Experience in maintaining residential properties is highly desirable A valid driver's license would be an asset Caymanians and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
