• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for optimal visibility.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely, adhering to operational guidelines.
• Use cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and manufacturers' instructions.
• Lock and secure buildings after cleaning, if required.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed, including stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, cleaning outdoor areas, and assisting with room setup for meetings or events.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, and equipment.
