3. Housekeeping, laundry, and inventory
- Keep common areas clean, including the waiting room, reception, and restrooms.
- Turn treatment rooms over between patients and keep them stocked for the next visit.
- Complete daily laundry of linens and towels.
- Oversee inventory, record supplies, store them securely, and carry out routine stock checks for linens, hygiene products, and office supplies.
- Keep maintenance and stock records.
4. Clinical support
- Support practitioners, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, by making sure treatment rooms and equipment are ready.
- Assist with patient movement when asked.
5. Events
- Support clinic operations at events, including outreach, sporting, and charity events.
- Set up and take down marquees, stalls, and event equipment, and transport what is needed to and from the site.
- Be flexible about the time and place of this work, including early mornings, split shifts, evenings, and weekends.

- Experience maintaining treatment, fitness, or rehabilitation equipment.

- Experience with inventory, deliveries, or logistics.
- Experience driving for work, including vehicle checks and servicing.

- Strong organisational skills, with close attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Resilient and adaptable, with good time management in a busy clinic.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A healthcare assistance certificate is helpful, not required.
