Job Description

🔨 General Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out everyday repairs and maintenance, including fixing damaged items, making adjustments, replacing worn parts, and troubleshooting minor issues.

🚪 Doors & Hardware: Install and repair doors, locks, handles, hinges, shelves, curtain rods, blinds, and other household or building fixtures.

🪚 Basic Carpentry: Complete minor woodwork, repairs, trim installation, shelving, and other basic carpentry tasks.

🎨 Painting & Patching: Patch small holes and cracks, touch up paint, prepare surfaces, and complete minor painting jobs.

🔧 Basic Plumbing: Handle simple plumbing tasks such as changing faucets, showerheads, toilet components, and fixing minor leaks.

💡 Basic Fixture Replacement: Replace light bulbs, light fixtures, switches, and other simple fittings where permitted.

🪛 Assembly & Installation: Assemble and install furniture, cabinets, shelving, appliances, fixtures, and other equipment.

🏠 Property Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and general upkeep of residential and commercial properties, identifying items that need repair or replacement.

🧰 Tools & Equipment: Safely use common hand and power tools and keep tools and equipment clean and properly maintained.

🧹 General Upkeep: Keep work areas clean and organized, remove debris, move materials and furniture when necessary, and assist with other general maintenance duties as required.

Requirements: Applicants should have general handyman or property maintenance experience and be comfortable completing a wide variety of small repair and maintenance jobs. Must be reliable, hardworking, able to work independently, and have good problem-solving skills.
