About the role
Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing recommendations, and resolving complaints. Stock Management: Unpacking deliveries, replenishing shelves, checking for expired products, and organizing displays. Store Maintenance: Cleaning floors, shelves, and countertops, removing trash, and ensuring the exterior and interior are presentable. Security & Safety: Monitoring for theft, checking IDs for age-restricted items, and following health and safety regulations.
