About the role
Responsible for providing quality customer service in accordance with the Company's policy and procedures. Duties will include but not limited to receiving and inspecting items of wearing apparels and household items, which will be tagged for processing and sent to main plant. Able to handle and operate point of sale system cash registers with the view of generating sales receipts. Must be able to handle cash and maintain fiscal accounting records, with the view of providing daily sales reports, along with providing debit and credit card reports daily. Must be able to converse effectively and efficiently with customers regarding orders, while following up with customers if and when issues may arise. Liaise with laundry department staff at the main plant regarding orders and delivery for customers
