About the role
Must Cool AC Supplies Ltd is seeking an experienced Duct Technician & Air Conditioning Technician with 7–10 years of qualified and unsupervised HVAC and ductwork experience. The successful candidate will perform duct fabrication and installation, refrigerant line set installation, AC equipment installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and start ups for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and seal ductwork Install duct systems, trunk lines, returns, and branch runs Install and pressure test refrigerant line sets Install AC equipment including air handlers, condensers, split and package units Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues Perform commissioning, airflow balancing, and system start ups Complete accurate job documentation and communicate professionally with customers
Required Qualifications
7–10 years HVAC/ductwork experience, able to work independently Strong reading, writing, and English communication skills Valid Cayman Islands driver’s license and reliable vehicle Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Physically able to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
Preferred Skills
Experience with inverter systems, VRF and VRV, or advanced controls Sheet metal fabrication knowledge EPA or equivalent refrigerant certification
Work Expectations
Punctual, dependable, and able to manage tasks without supervision Maintain clean work areas and uphold company standards Able to work in varying weather and occasional extended hours

Compensation & Benefits
40–45 hours per week (Monday to Saturday). Salary $16 to $17 KYD per hour, based on qualification and experience. Statutory health and pension benefits per Cayman Islands Labor Law.
