Customer Relationship Officer

Description Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations Maintain regular communication, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing Resolve concerns promptly and professionally Organize schedules, appointments, and client meetings Maintain accurate client records, project files, and documentation Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients Support lead generation, client outreach, and partnership development Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service packages Sort, categorize, and implement storage systems for homes or offices Optimize closets, kitchens, living areas, and workspaces for efficiency Recommend storage tools, labelling systems, and organization methods Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives Support social media, content planning, and brand presentation Gather client feedback and market insights to inform strategy Assist clients with space planning concepts and layout recommendations Provide guidance on home décor selections aligned with client preferences Coordinate sourcing and implementation of design elements Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking Coordinate with vendors, materials, and installation schedules Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

Education Requirement: Bachelor´s Degree, MBA preferred Years of Experience: 3-4 years Interior Design certificate or background in interior design, space planning, or home décor is preferred Undergraduate Degree Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in customer service, project coordination, or client-facing roles Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary plus Commission (based on performance and sales) KYD$1,708.2 - KYD$1,903.2 Monthly
