Country Manager

We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Country Manager at JN Money Services (Cayman) Limited, a subsidiary of JN Financial Group Limited.

The successful candidate will need to ensure the strategic growth targets established for the organisation while at the same time implementing and coordinating operations within the regulatory framework of the country. The position also requires coordinating all activities for the functional units within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities To facilitate the continued growth of JNMS (Cayman) Limited’s market share The ensure the continued growth of the Agent Network across the Cayman Develop and implement initiatives that will achieve new business for JNMS (Cayman) Limited To ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements Provide guidance and support all staff and support units in executing their duties Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational soundness and the quality of customer service Production of monthly management report on all JNMS (Cayman) Limited activities Communicating with internal and external stakeholders as required Execution of JN Money Services Strategic Plans within the Cayman
