Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Architectural Technologist to support design development and project execution of our residential and commercial design projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our project teams to produce high-quality technical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
• Create detailed technical drawings and construction plans.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive construction documents.
• Develop 3D building models for project visualization.
• Monitor construction progress and provide updates to the project team.
• Coordinate with various project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Research and recommend building materials based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• *Qualifications and Skills:**
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, Associate Architect, or CAD Technician.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Forma, D5 Render, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Experience in building design, technical drawing, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
