Account Analyst II

1. Responsible for overall accounting activities including balance sheet, financial statements, tax reporting requirements, transfer price, financial audits and ERP standardization. Reports to the Accounting VP 2. Support month and year end closing processes 3. SOX 4. Coordinate accounting and tax activities including journal entries, analysis, reconciliations, payroll, fixed assets and reporting 5. Supports accounting and tax providers (outsourcing, audit, consulting, ERP support) 6. Perform valuation reports and IFRS 16 analysis; 7. Perform internal control activities as reconciliations and analytical reviews; 8. Support the development and enhancement of controls, policies and procedures 9. Oversight the activities carried out by the accounting team from subsidiaries and external providers; 10. Ensure issuing and on-time delivery of year-end financial statements according to the IFRS standards; 11. Requirement: 12. Experience: 5 years of experience in Accounting 13. Knowledge: IFRS, Microsoft Office, Oracle 14. Education: Bachelor degree in Law or Accounting 15. Knowledge of Brazilian Accounting GAAP and Brazilian tax legislation 16. Language: Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is desirable 17. Desirable previous experience in Big4 firm. 18. Skills: Analytical, attentive to details, organizational, hands-on, good interpersonal relationship, communication

Requirements

1. Experience: 5 years of experience in Accounting 2. Knowledge: IFRS, Microsoft Office, Oracle 3. Education: Bachelor degree in Law or Accounting 4.
