Managing Director

TThe Managing Director develops and implements local business strategy in alignment with the Bank's strategies, approved risk appetite, and in compliance with all government and regulatory laws.

The successful candidate will be expected to

• Lead and drives a customer focused culture throughout Cayman Islands to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Lead the local Management team, and in collaboration with partners across International Banking
• Create business plans and solutions for the customer that integrate and reflect the Country's unique business and regulatory environments
• Implement appropriate market strategies to increase market share
• Improve productivity while optimizing sales and operational effectiveness
• Operationalize appropriate governance to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Lead the implementation of tactical strategies and initiatives by successfully communicating the appropriate vision and plans
• Assess and manages the impact of key business initiatives/priorities on stakeholder groups (e.g., shareholder, customer, and employee)
• Influences and involves relevant parties across the Bank to gain their commitment for execution
• Have responsibility for USD raising strategy for region
• Be responsible for Offshore Unit, Wealth Management Hub for Caribbean
