About the role
TSCL is creating a Group Sales Manager role: a hands-on, quota-carrying position that personally generates and closes new business while building, coaching and performance-managing the sales and business development resources embedded across the Company's divisions — Guarding, Integrated Security Systems (ISS), Cash Solutions, Cyber Security, Fire Systems, Monitoring and Maintenance, and the Government vertical. The role will drive cross-selling of integrated, multi-service solutions to new and existing clients across the Group. What You'd Be Doing
- Carrying and delivering a personal new-business sales target across TSCL's service lines.
- Recruiting, coaching and performance-managing sales and BD staff across every division.
- Running a single, consistent pipeline and forecasting discipline company-wide.
- Driving cross-selling and upselling of integrated solutions across the full TSCL Group offering.
- Working closely with the Divisional Directors of Guarding, ISS, Cash Solutions and Cyber Security.
- Leading tenders and bids, including bid/no-bid decisions, and building senior relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.
What We're Looking For
- A proven personal track record of generating and closing B2B sales or business development.
- Experience recruiting, coaching or performance-managing a sales or BD team — or demonstrated readiness to develop into this with support.
- Strong commercial, proposal and tender capability, including contract negotiation and a focus on margin as well as revenue.
- Knowledge of electronic security, fire, guarding, cash services, or similar security company services and service lines, with the demonstrated ability to readily sell them to the current and prospective client base.
- Willingness to be on-site full-time in Grand Cayman and visible in the local market.
Compensation
- Base salary of up to KYD $100,000 per annum.
- Choice of a company car or up to a KYD 4,000 per annum car allowance.
- Eligibility for personal sales commission and a quarterly team incentive, per the TSCL Sales Incentive Plan.
- Standard TSCL employee benefits, including health insurance and pension.
Duty Summary
- Personally originate, develop and close new business across TSCL's service lines, carrying a personal sales and gross-margin target in addition to team responsibilities.
- Recruit, coach and performance-manage sales and business development staff across all TSCL divisions, setting targets, activity standards and conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and build structured onboarding, sales training and personal development plans for the team.
- Design, implement and run a single sales pipeline and performance-management methodology across every division and channel, including CRM data discipline and weekly forecast and sales-performance reporting to the CEO.
- Work in close partnership with TSCL's Divisional Directors (Guarding, ISS, Cash Solutions, Cyber Security and other service lines) to align sales activity and resourcing with each division's priorities.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of integrated, multi-service solutions (combining guarding, electronic security systems, fire, monitoring, cash and cyber services) to new and existing clients, and develop account plans for key and strategic accounts.
- Lead or support high-value pursuits, tenders, RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, operating a structured bid/no-bid process and allocating the right technical and operational resources to each bid, and represent TSCL in the Cayman market.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across government and statutory authorities, critical infrastructure, financial services, construction and the wider commercial sector, including the contractors and consultants who specify security solutions.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, protect margin, and ensure a clean handover from sales to operations so that what is sold is delivered to agreed scope, SLAs and KPIs.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activity and customer feedback, and work with leadership on marketing campaigns and new service opportunities.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- A proven personal track record of generating and closing B2B sales or business development, ideally in services, security, technology or a comparable multi-line business.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching and performance-managing a sales or business development team within a security services firm.
- Demonstrated capacity to implement and run a pipeline / CRM performance-management discipline: weekly reviews, stage discipline, forecast accuracy.
- Strong commercial, proposal and tender capability, with the ability to translate technical services into market-facing value alongside subject-matter experts.
Desirable Experience
- Experience selling integrated security, fire, monitoring, guarding and/or cash services within a multi-line security business.
- Experience selling to government, public-sector or critical-infrastructure clients, including formal procurement processes (RFIs, pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders).
- A recognised leadership, management or sales-coaching qualification.
- Working knowledge of fire and security industry standards and codes of practice.
- Experience leading a sales team through organisational change, such as integrating teams, restructuring or repositioning a brand in the market.
- Knowledge of the Cayman Islands business community and local market.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular travel throughout Grand Cayman for client meetings, site visits and industry events.
- Occasional work outside normal business hours where client or deal timelines require it.
The Security Centre Limited is legally required to give priority consideration to Caymanians who are suitably qualified for this position.
